"Daring Greatly”

by Brene Brown, Ph. D., LMSW

This book is great for anyone who struggles with “never enough” thinking. Brene Brown does a fabulous job of discussing vulnerability and courage. She is direct about how dangerous it can be to pursue certainty or control. This is not light reading, so pour some hot tea, settle in and soak up some wisdom.

"Should I Stay or Should I Go? - Surviving a Relationship with a Narcissist”

by Ramani Durvasula, Ph.D.

Think of this a a survival guide for anyone in a relationship with a Narcissist. Dr. Ramani provides the framework to determine whether you are in a relationship with a Narcissist and then gives a firm, reality check to the readers. She addresses false hopes, forgiveness, and the idea that you can ever truly tame the beast. Her advice is practical and broken down into easy to follow sections. This may not be a topic you are ready to address, so be sure, before you dive in, this is the area you want to explore.
