Why Cold Plunge?

Cold plunging is great for post-workout recovery. Within two hours of your workout, cold plunges help flush away lactic acid build up, reduce inflammation, and promote better circulation leaving you less sore and stiff.

Cold plunging is an excellent way to reduce stress. By exposing yourself to the shock of cold water on a regular basis, your body gets used to it. This adaptation also applies to other sources of stress, as cold plunging helps reduce cortisol levels. Repeated cold plunging can help you better handle all kinds of stress.

We recommend spending 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge at a time. The temperature of the cold plunge is set to 52 degrees, but can be adjusted upon request.
