Our collective of practitioners are dedicated specialists and leaders in their field. They provide quality mental health and wellness care. As a mental health collective, we assist you by providing therapy, supplemental support, coaching, and more. We help our clients connect with our practitioners to meet their needs and we are available online or in-person.

 

A modern approach

It’s essential for us that our clients get personalized care. This is not one-size-fits all therapy. Welcome to integrative wellness! Our main goal is to help you feel better! You may work with one, or many, of our practitioners. You may also find our programs, tools, resources, and supports beneficial. These are all here for you. This is your wellness experience.

  • Do you offer free consultations?

    When deciding which practitioner is the right fit for you, our administrative staff will assist you in determining which practitioner is the best possible fit. If you would like to speak to them prior to your first visit, practitioners may offer 15 minute phone consults, based on a case-by-case scenario. No diagnosis will be made during these consults.

  • How do I pay for services?

    Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, credit, debit, FSA, and HSA accounts.

  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?

    We understand sometimes things happen that are emergencies and you may need to reschedule. However, in general, our policy requires 24-hour advance notice of cancellation. This allows us to better serve all our clients.

  • General Health Policy

    ICC asks that if you are ill, have a family member who has been ill, or have been in direct contact with someone who has experienced illness in the past 48 hours, please contact our office. Your appointment will be rescheduled or transferred to a telehealth session if this is applicable.

  • Do I need to wear a mask?

    If wearing a mask brings you comfort please feel free to wear your mask. We do not require masks in our office. Our office is cleaned and sanitized daily. If you would like your practitioner to wear a mask during your session please let our office know in advance.

Do you accept insurance?

Did you know that insurance companies require certain diagnoses in order to authorize treatment? They also have access to your therapeutic records.

We are a private pay office. Payment is expected at the time of service. In most cases, you may submit your receipt to insurance for reimbursement as out-of-network-provider.

We chose this payment option because we believe we can better serve you without the limiting constraints placed on us by insurance providers. This enables us to provide services without releasing your private information to insurance companies. Your care is front and center in our treatment protocols.
