“Sometimes life can get messy! You can feel stressed, overloaded with anxiety, depressed, or lonely. I am a safe place to ’empty your emotional bucket’. My clients report feeling more relaxed after sessions.

I founded Integrative Connections Counseling because I wanted to bring together a collective of amazing practitioners who are experts in their field. I dreamt of a practice where providers could use collaborative care to offer therapeutic services and support that would bring extraordinary benefits to the people we serve.”
